Creative people who have trained their minds to vividly see what doesn’t yet exist are often susceptible to even more vivid anxieties and temptations than others. 

The key is to train the mind to work for us and not against us. To understand the difference between a positive imagination and a negative one, and to choose to turn off our imaginations when they aren’t helping us.
