Skip Like A Stone

When gravity pulls you down, skip like a stone on the waters of discouragement. Don’t drop, don’t sink–spin! Spin, and propel yourself quickly towards the other side.

Physics and nature never were kind to stones. Over the millennia, stones cracked and crumbled, becoming smaller and smoother. However, no stone earned its place as a skipper without that friction.

So take what’s meaningful, and leave the rest. In the end, choose forward motion and mental resilience over a stagnant posture. We can’t control gravity but we can control how we move through it.
