There’s nothing wrong with faking confidence. Progress is impossible without challenging new things. When you’re faced with something new, confidence isn’t a given.

Money came in? I was stoked. Money was low? I was defeated. This overly emotional view of money not only created a stressful life, it also distracted me from the correct view of money.

What I realized is that even though people may say you’re “living the dream,” your real friends care more about you avoiding stress and living a healthy life.
