How To Get In As A Producer

It’s hard to “get in” as a producer. But once you’re in with a few directors and production companies, a few connects is more than enough to keep you busy. So how do you get in with these people?

The key is making someone’s life much easier. 

I had a friend who always ran content photoshoots solo. Then one time, I gave him a little post-production help on a project after he landed in the hospital for a few days. A month later, he hired me to produce his next shoot. 

People don’t know what they’re missing out on, especially young creators. It’s not always wise to give people a free sample, or a big discount. But with producing, it just might be.
