Nights When You Can’t Sleep

On nights when you can’t sleep, it’s ok to stop trying. Get up and read. Make some tea. Have some toast.

There will be countless nights when you’ll sleep well. Countless boring, forgettable, not stressful evenings. Tonight will feel decades away. You’ll sleep just fine then.

On nights when you can’t sleep, it’s ok to stop trying. Do something you enjoy and just stay up.
